To date i have paid $10,000 to Lux Sales Consultants but have no success story. The time allotted for coaching is very short for a meaningful discussion to take place and I have not heard from anyone in 3 weeks. It another month that i have not made my variable compensation.

5 stars for Charissa, our Lux consultant!!! Else 3 Stars *ONLY* due to technical issues that ended up spoiling the enthusiasm on our side. Lux/SLS delivered (or continually attempted to) as promised... but the issues we ran into were LinkedIn lockouts, and CRM phone issues... neither were caused by Lux nor our team, and in fact some within the advisor Skool community had dealt with similar, and got out of the problems quicker. Charissa never once showed frustration, and kept showing up gungho, helpful, and ready to go. Bilal kept voluntarily extended their appointment delivery and money back guarantee, month over month, while we mutually battled the technical issues. In the end, after many months' efforts, our advisors and phone reps ran out of patience (but in great fairness, Charissa and Bilal *NEVER* did.) When I made the call to pull the plug, Bilal made 100% good on the Lux guarantees, despite the fact he continued to offer to extend their time & efforts on his own dime, and we were the ones throwing in the towel. I'd say anyone serving the accumulator demographic and ready to follow the Lux follow-up and conversion system is very likely to do great numbers!

Hello! I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch service that truly exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, every aspect of my interaction with Client Success Manager Jean Claude was outstanding. I greatly appreciated how CSM Jean Claude always responded to my inquiries promptly and made my launch a success. The entire process turned out to be smooth and convenient. Will definitely recommend Lux Sales Consulting.

This was a $3,000/month service that ended up spamming a lot of Linkedin people to the point of annoyance. There are also additional costs for extra services not disclosed up front (ulinc, linkedin sales navigator, etc). Several things didn't work with our computer systems and after a few meetings over a couple of weeks, I told them it was not what I was looking for and it wasn't compatible with our systems. They require a 30 day cancel so they wouldn't let me free until I paid another month of $3,000+ fees. There was no interest from prospects and it was an expensive lesson for me.

Hi Jared, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify some key points regarding your engagement with our team. Multi-Channel Approach & System Compatibility: Our system leverages a combination of email, calling, and LinkedIn messaging—channels that are universally accessible to all clients. There was no technical incompatibility that would have prevented full participation in the program. If there were challenges, our team was available to work through any issues to ensure optimal implementation. The Nature of Prospecting & Commitment to the Process: From what we observed, you decided to disengage just one week after launch after receiving a few negative responses. Prospecting is a numbers game that requires consistency and iteration. High-frequency outreach and regular adjustments to the messaging framework are crucial for success. Our team was ready to work closely with you to refine the approach, but without continued collaboration, it becomes difficult to achieve the intended results. Cancellation Policy: As outlined in our agreement—which was reviewed and signed—our cancellation policy requires a notice period before discontinuing the service. Unfortunately, no prior notice was provided, which is why the final month’s payment was required. We enforce this policy uniformly across all clients to ensure fairness and operational continuity. We regret that the service did not align with your expectations, but we remain confident in our approach and results for those who fully engage with the process. If you would like to revisit and refine your strategy, our team is still here to support you. Best regards, Client success team.

THE best resource for advisors in need of a client acquisition process and recruiting for professionals in financial services space. My Backstory, Former VP of Sales. I’ve personally been through countless sales programs, workshops, seminars, etc. I put myself through ALL of Lux Sales Consulting trainings before I handed it over or implemented it with any of my team. What they cover is some of the most comprehensive sales education targeted for people in financial services. I’ve tried many other programs but I found this one to be great for the value included. The curriculum has also been updated once since purchasing so the content is constantly being added to. I’ve seen few programs similar to theirs but not as meticulously as this one. Recruiting: I’ve watched this department transform over the last couple years, adapting to market shifts, client needs, etc. and my employee Karen has the systems and the pipeline dialed. The talent we’ve been interviewing lately is better than it’s ever been. I refer all of my clients to closers when they’ve reached the right stage and every time it’s dramatically propelled their business and their ability to lead their teams. Account management & Resources: I’ve had the opportunity to work with my coach and Bilal and I can’t recommend them enough. Most of them have either run successful businesses in the past or been top tier sales managers and their overall industry knowledge is an incredible asset to have access to. Bilal makes sure everyone on this team is a stud and over delivers for their clients. Misconceptions: Over the last couple years I’ve noticed one recurring theme between the clients that succeed and the ones that don’t. The biggest misconception I’ve seen is that you can sign up, watch the content, setup the software and expect the money printer to go brrrr. You need to build the foundation and spend some money/time testing. But if you’re willing to put in the work and manage your reps, follow the steps, and leverage the resources at your disposal it’ll be one the best decisions you make for your business. Appreciate you guys for everything that you’ve done and continue to do.

I have a busy advisory practice and I really appreciate Charissa's efforts in setting regular meetings with me to keep me on track with tips and guidance in communicating with my prospects. Things are starting to pay off as last week alone I had 4 Discovery calls and 2 appointments with prospects through the SLS.
