It was my first time using them and I was very impressed with their service. The drivers are very nice and always on time. Vechiles are clean and very well kept.

I wanted to use a car service so I wouldn't have to stress about parking at JFK, but in hindsight I would have been better off driving myself! The dispatcher called me to say the driver would be 10 minutes late, but in the end he was 30 minutes late. The website guarantees they will be on time or your money back, but in the fine print they exclude traffic. I will never use Luxor again, and have told everyone I know not to use them either.

We used this service from the airport to the cruise port, again to our hotel after the cruise, and finally to the airport (3 trips). The drivers were good, the last driver was very friendly but the entire experience was tainted by the last charge that was over $100 more than my quote. (Original last quote was $71, I was charged $181). I approved a $50 increase for a larger car but not $100. I spoke with the "manager" who said he could prove me wrong by listening to the recorded conversation. Apparently the upgrade did not include tolls or tax which was not mentioned. I found the service convenient but I found the management shady and deceitful. Not happy with the poor communication from management.

It was a great experience. I personally had to organize a trip For 10 adults and 3 infants and " Thank God" for this company. At the time I booked the trip they only had one charter available and it couldn't accommodate me and my crew, so the company found an extra luxury vehicle from D.C to N.Y.C. #Amazing #Perfect ..
