This coat is worth every penny it was made with. It is warm and made with the best quality materials. It is a very heavy coat. The material is very stiff. I am 138lbs, Usually wear size medium, but this coat has so much insulation that I should have ordered a large for more room. I love my coat!

I been Lux Lair long time client. I ask for the first time to exchange the color my the Gucci bag I purchased to different color my request was denied. The reason is due to their return policy. I never use the bag and the amount of the exchange bag is more which I am willing to pay. I am just disappointed with them.

EDIT re Lux Lair’s reply: You have never reached out directly to me. Premium outlets claim it’s your decision and you now say it’s theirs. If you would have reached out to me directly, as I asked for many times, this wouldn’t have had to be the place of communication. USPS are investigating the theft as the package is missing in their system. Whatever source you claim to have within USPS isn’t available to their internal investigation team. Worst customer experience ever. Be very careful buying from this company. Purchased a used luxury bag on Shop Premium Outlets marketplace. Lux Lair was seller and it said “Shipped from Lux Lair, Minneapolis MN” Long story short-I received an empty package that was shipped from Japan. Nowhere on the shipping label does it say Lux Lair. The information on the website is misleading and false. I would never have made the purchase if it involved international shipping. On the shipping label it did not only say it contained a bag. They had also written it was a Gucci bag. Not very smart and just asking for theft. Someone had obviously tampered with the box along the way. Lux Lair claim to have proof of delivery with bag. That is a lie. I have an empty box, witnesses when I opened it and even USPS have an ongoing investigation as the proof both they and I have is clear. There was no bag in the box. I paid a lot of money and ended up with nothing. Lux Lair have not taken any responsibility, refuse to provide the proof they say they have, shown no interest in caring for their customer at all, or do the right thing-to pay me back for goods not received. I will never purchase anything from Lux Lair again and I have made sure everyone I know to avoid buying from this company as the seller information is false.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this customer has experienced. Upon reviewing the video footage of the picking and packing process at our warehouse, we confirmed that the bag was included in the box at the time of shipment. Given the rise of "friendly fraud," we must validate any claim of an empty package with the carrier. In this instance, we initiated an investigation with USPS. Their findings confirmed that the package was delivered to the customer's address with the same weight it had when dispatched and showed no signs of tampering. Additionally, the marketplace through which this purchase was made, reviewed the case and decided in our favor, choosing not to issue a refund to the customer. As for our operations, our headquarters are in Minneapolis, MN, and like many companies, we utilize warehouses worldwide. We deeply regret any frustration this situation may have caused. We have informed the customer that we are willing to issue a refund if they can successfully appeal the carrier's determination that the package was delivered to their address intact.
