Postive review. Placed order for DART Ccell battery , there are none to be located where I live . They are out of stock. So placed order with Lunarpods and then received confirmation and this was on holiday weekend. After hoilday received product later that week and works and perfect fit for my cartridges and will be order a few more , ya know in case I lose one lol. Thank you guys for being prompt and responsive...

Edit: As soon as I placed my review on here, I got a shipment notification. So changing my review from a 1 to a 3. Placed an order, waited for a shipment verification which was never received. Contacted them, never replied. Website won't let me even find my order. Trying again to e-mail them hoping for a reply. If not, will dispute the charge. No way to do business.

I received only half of my order. Wrote multiple emails and left voicemails. No response. Stay away from luarpods.com go to lighter USA. They are legit. I regret choosing lunarpods.com

Absolutely Awesome customer service. There was small issue with shipping but after reaching out to Lunar Pods they were prompt with fixing the issue and sent a bonus for the time that was a little late. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my VFire battery and appreciate my bonus. I will get a lot of use. Excellent for Christmas gifts. 🤗🤗🤗🤗

l placed an order for 2 vape pens, got confirmation email saying my order was received and would be processed in 72 hours. Well that was 2 weeks ago and NO FURTHER updates have been given regarding my order. All phone calls go to VM and never get returned and all emails get no reply. I contacted AMEX to dispute charges,as it is my only last resort. This is NOT A LEGIT company. Stay FAR,FAR AWAY!

It took longer than I expected to get my order even though I paid for expeditated handling. However they did include a free battery for my pods, which I accept as recompense for the week's delay in shipping. To earn 5 stars: maybe a little better communication? Bottom line I got my product and a little extra so i'm satisfied.
