Great job with the sale and the delivery

Luna Furniture was VERY price Competive and in the delivery time. The Customer Service Team was very efficient in communication on the Delivery Updates. The White Glove Service Team was excellent to deal, setting the furniture up in about 45 minutes complete! We are very glad we placed our Order with the Luna Team.

We found the perfect sectional sofa at a great price. Just what we were looking for. I was apprehensive to buy sight-unseen from an online company I had never heard of before. After placing my order, I had to reach out to customer service to obtain a date of delivery…they didn’t give me a date when my order was processed. Actual delivery was a week later than stated and the day and time of delivery got shuffled around a little, but in the end, we are satisfied with the company’s customer service. The delivery drivers were professional and courteous. We paid extra for the white glove service and am glad that we did.

Luna had the product I needed when I couldn’t find locally. The men delivering and assembling my chairs did an excellent job. Thank you.

The price of the dining table I ordered from Luna was about fifty percent less than prices advertised through other retailers. This was a high end table and chairs, and we saved several hundred dollars. The delivery took about three weeks and everything went seamlessly with the the white glove service.

Luna was incredible great communication great delivery and couldn't be the price for the sectional even with AI searching. In fact AI recommended highly Luna and the sectional we searched for.
