I wanted to cancel my subscription and…
I wanted to cancel my subscription and was told to wait for my 2nd order to come in and refuse it. So I did ,now I'm waiting for the refund for that order. Please respond if received. Thank you.

The representative did well as been…
The representative did well as been timely in the response to my questions. I do not know whether the information went beyond her to the upper level levels about the shipping routes being so convoluted. My concern is that supplements are fragile and susceptible to temperature changes. I ordered, the label was created in Salt Lake City, Utah… I live in St. George Utah, which is a 4 Hour Dr. I show shipping routes from Salt Lake City Utah, to New Jersey, to California, to Las Vegas, to St. George, Utah. The routing seems to be weird, especially for fragile products, such as supplements. Suggest that Luma simplify their shipping routes.

I appreciate the $10 discount on my two items, just wish the regular price was lower (Amazon gives me a better deal on subscriptions, but your products are higher quality).
