Terrible attitude from customer service. Do better. First time customer and last time purchasing
Response from Lugxery· Sep 5, 2026
Hi Sylvia, Here is our exact "attitude" sent directly from customer support: "Hello, If your item is unopened, we accept those returns (minus shipping). Can you confirm the item is still in the original cellophane, unopened, and unused? Sincerely, Lugxery LLC" Asking a simple, polite verification question before accepting a return on a luxury beauty product is basic hygiene protocol, not poor customer service. Rather than answering whether the bottle was sealed, you chose to leave a 1-star review. As stated in our emails, we remain ready to process your return the moment you confirm the factory seal is intact. — Lugxery Management

Amazing as always. I enjoy doing business with Lugxery. All items are exactly as described, shipping is fast, packages are wrapped with care. Customer support is also top notch! Emailed with a small concern and not only was it answered, the owner took the the time to help me by describing the two fragrances so that I could make a better decision as I opted out of sampling before buying. Between the communication, fast shipping, and packages handled with care, I don’t know why anyone would shop anywhere else!

It means a lot to know that you’re happy with the fragrances, fast shipping, careful packaging, and especially our customer support. We’re always happy to take the time to help you find the right fragrance, especially when you’re deciding without sampling first. Thank you again for your trust and kind words. We look forward to helping you with your next fragrance!
