I love Ludovic in every aspect. I bought an engagement ring and a wedding band at Ludovic. They're very beautiful and well fit my finger. I was skeptical at first because it was an online purchase. I've had a couple of bad experiences from online purchases in the past. So I decided to just get 2 sliver rings and see how things turn out. I figured it would not be too bad of a loss if it turned out to be a scam with a couple hundred dollars. Both rings got delivered only in a few days and I was very thrilled with the look and the quality of them. The moissanite stone look like a real diamond but it's ethical and affordable. At this point I haven't spoken with any representative from the store yet. So I contacted them and told them I would like to upgrade my rings to white gold with the same designs and I would like to return the 2 silver rings after receiving the white golds. In the end I've got exactly what I wanted and successfully returned 2 rings I didn't want. The customer service was excellent. They went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. They're very friendly, professional and efficient. Also the packagings were impressive. I'm so glad that I gave a shot to Ludovic. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend Ludovic to anyone looking for a beautiful jewelry with a great price and great quality.

Thank you for your review and for sharing your full journey with us! Your story truly means a lot to us, especially knowing you took a chance despite past online shopping experiences. We're so glad that Ludovic was able to restore that trust and deliver the beauty, quality, and service you were hoping for 💍 Hearing that you were thrilled with your rings, the upgrade process, and the support from our team makes us incredibly proud. Your kind words about our service, packaging, and professionalism truly encourage us to keep doing our best every day. We're honored to be part of your engagement and wedding story, and we’re so happy you gave us that shot. Thank you again for recommending us. It means everything. Have a bright day! ✨

The ring is similar to what is pictured on website. The center stone on my ring is not as bright as website, not sure it's a moissanite. My other moissanite pieces look like diamonds. Not this one. There is a big gap on the band, the website example there was no gaps pictured. Looks as if on my ring the stone is flipped opposite of the website picture. I did express all these concerns with customer service back and forth in emails, I just gave up, before shipping. I just don't think they understood. It was pricey $$ hope it would be like website I really loved the look. Unfortunately, mine was not the same.

Thank you for your review and for being one of our valued customers. We’re truly sorry to hear that your ring didn’t fully meet your expectations. Please know that we did our best to communicate our intention to remake your ring exactly as you’d like—and we still stand by that offer. Whether it’s a full remake, an adjustment, or any other solution that would make you happy, we’re ready to make it happen. At Ludovic, customer satisfaction isn’t just a goal—it’s everything to us. It honestly makes us sad to know you weren’t fully happy, especially when we’re always willing to go above and beyond. You absolutely have the right to return your ring if that would bring you peace of mind—but it feels a bit unfair to receive a 3-star review while we’re still open and eager to resolve it for you in any way you'd prefer. Our goal is to make every Ludovic customer a happy one, and we’d love the chance to turn this around for you. Please let us know how we can make that happen, we’d be so grateful if you could update your review to 5 stars. You are truly valuable to us, and your happiness is our top priority. Have a bright day. 💎
