Great place to play. Monthly bonuses not that great. I get better on other sites.

Customer Service is wonderful. Sign on bonus very generous although the amt you have to play through is over the top. Still though I was able to play a long time. My complaint is the slots themselves. I’ve never seen 1 of them in any casino or online. They look like kids games. It felt very unfamiliar. Not sure I’ll play again for that reason. Most people have favorite slots- to not see one is a disappointment. I’m sorry but they’re cheesy and childish.

Thanks so much for your great comments about our customer support! We’re glad you enjoyed the welcome offer, we aim to keep it generous with fair playthroughs that many players complete and cash out their winnings from. On the games side, we totally understand that players coming from other casinos might not see their preferred titles. This is all dependent on games providers that casinos use. We’re adding new games every month, and our support or personal host team would be happy to help you find a new favorite with us! we appreciate the feedback and hope to see you playing with us again soon!

I really liked the variety of slots they have, great graphics and easy wins! I played the free spins to see how the games went and was favorably impressed. I was able to play for more than an hour for free! I'll definitely be going back on payday and do it for real.

I lost my funds alarmingly quickly, and there was no clear explanation on how to withdraw or recover them. The lack of transparency left me feeling stressed and very dissatisfied with the site

The dealers are professional, but the connection is terrible - it keeps dropping out.
Response from Lucky Red Casino· Sep 19, 2025
Thank you for your feedback and for your kind words about our dealers, we’re delighted to hear you find them professional. We have requested some further information from you to look into this further. We’re sorry to hear you’ve experienced connection issues. While our platform is designed for stability, connection quality can sometimes be affected by factors outside the casino, such as device performance, mobile data, or Wi-Fi strength. We always recommend playing on a stable internet connection for the best experience, and our support team is available should you need further assistance.

Die Auszahlungsoptionen sind verwirrend. Für kleine Beträge ist alles kompliziert und zeitaufwendig
