Hi! Thanks for drawing our attention! We can see why this would feel wrong. From situations like this, it’s usually the case that two different options were selected during checkout, which creates two separate charges. Still, that doesn’t change how it feels on your side. Let’s sort this out quickly. Please share the email linked to your account here, or send it to [email protected], and we’ll pull up your subscription straight away and process the refund without dragging this out. Lets us handle it for you once we confirm your account 💜 Warm wishes, Margarita and The Lóvi Team

I tried the app from Insta. Chosed a month application 19.90euros but then I got charged again 39.90euros without agreeing. I never receive an email with the subscription just emails that they havé deducted from my account. Try to log in throughly Lovi app but I never receive the code to log in. Now I’m stuck paying twice with nothing! UPDATE! Margarita from Lóvi Management Team contacted me and helped me with the issue. She was polite, prompt in her reply, a problem solver, and reimbursed the amount. Customer service is top-notch! Because of this i will be likely to try the app again. Thank you again Margarita.

Hi Francesca, We’re really sorry to read about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have felt. After reviewing the situation, it appears that the additional charge happened because the optional AI Bundle was selected during checkout together with the monthly plan. This add-on includes extra features and can sometimes be added unintentionally during the payment process, which seems to be what occurred in your case. We’ve already reached out to you directly to fully clarify everything and provide a clear solution, including resolving the charges and helping with the login issue you mentioned. Please check your inbox for our message from the Management Team, and kindly reply there so we can finalize everything for you as quickly as possible. We will do our best to resolve this promptly and turn your experience around! Warm regards, Margarita and Lovi Team
