This is the second tag that I’ve ordered that the engraving is not etched deep enough and the information is faded to the point where it can’t be read.

I’ve only had the tag for a few months and it’s already almost illegible. The engraving Nd was not done deep enough. He only had one other person plastic tag on his collar. Not very pleased considering money I spent on it. Certainly expected more.

We ordered a dog tag, and never received. We did get credit though. Very unacceptable.

Hi Steven, We are very sorry your order did not get to you. We know you spoke with customer service about it and we provided you a refund. Very occasionally, the post office will lose an envelope and we have to send out a new tag or provide credit back to the customer. Occasionally addresses are incorrect, get undelivered or returned and need to be resent. To keep our low tag price point, we have to use USPS to send orders and this is dependable most of the time. We hope you will accept our apologies again that your order did not get delivered by USPS correctly. We do offer USPS Priority with tracking for customers that might choose that option but we know that is at a higher cost. Thank you, Love Your Pets
