The packaging is beautiful as far as the actual gift I can't give a review yet due to the fact it's an anniversary gift for my husband and our anniversary hasn't come yet.

Bad quality
I liked how the box and pictures were arranged. It was romantic, especially the messages. The quality of the photos was not well. Some were fuzzy and a few were dark. The quality is very disappointing when you spend $50 dollars on a small deck of 40 pictures. Better off making your own at Walmart.

Hi Kerri, I'd like to get some more information about which pictures didn't come out as well as you wanted. I'll reach out to you by email to get some more information. UPDATE: We've not heard back from you but I did take a look at the pictures you uploaded. Most look great but a few we're darker and lower resolution than the rest. Pictures do tend to look better on electronic screens than when printed (its the same reason electronic billboards look better and brighter than the "old" style billboards). Package arrived broken
Package arrived broken, the wood trim on the lid was not glued in place and the pin nailsdid not hold. I was able to fix myself as the was no time send it back. The produck itself is awesome!

Hi Mark, Thanks for letting us know about the glue failure. The wood boxes are made locally and I'll let our manufacturer know about this issue. I do appreciate that you had both the skill and initiative to make the repair yourself.

Don’t write too much
Everything was perfect, except for 1 issue. A few of my words were cut out on each slide, because I apparently wrote too much, however I didn’t know I was over the limit.
