My lashes were sent to the wrong place! I never got them!!! **Update, after correspondence with the company I have still not received my lashes. I was told they were sent to my old address and that I thought I had changed my address on their site. I was then told that I would have had to have contacted them in order to change my address and then sent them a screenshot showing that my correct address is actually on the site therefore this is an error on their part not mine. I have already told afterpay I will not be making the rest of my payments since lotus lashes is not doing anything to get me my order. I will continue to leave reviews and contact the better Business bureau as well. To some people it may seem silly to you however for me it took me putting money aside to get these. And I did that for three paychecks because things are so tight right now. Then to get them sent to my old address and not getting any help from this company. Apparently greed supersedes customer service with this company.

Hi Kaleigh, The order was shipped and delivered to the address that you provided during checkout. Also you did not contact us to change your shipping address. Your address on your account is NOT the same as the shipping address. You would have needed to contact us in order to make changes to an existing order.
