It took weeks for clothes to arrive. When they did the $60 plus sets that I ordered are far cheaper quality than even something I would buy on Amazon. Clothes are ultra thin and even the black are see through. They are sized poorly and don’t fit well. This is a steer clear and no go zone for me. Do waste your time or money on this clown of a company.

I was very excited about my order and they said it would take a week. So I waited and got no update to my package. I emailed and they were very kind but said they would check with the shipping service. I waited another week. I emailed again bc I hadn’t heard anything and she said it got lost so they reordered my package for me. Great! I waited another week. Nothing. I emailed again and she said “sorry we are out of stock off all the things you ordered”. Even though I can see on the website they are not. And they reimbursed me. So at least they did that. And the worst this is, I still want to order the clothes and try again but I don’t trust the company.

Horrible! The dress I ordered took almost a month to get here and was so disappointing when I finally got it. There was no tag in the dress. The fabric is cheap and dress is poorly made. Return policy is confusing and they make you put in a payment from a credit card for the return shipping. I just cut my losses. Pretty sure it is fraud.

It’s gone to the point where I’ve had to issue a charge back on my credit card. I placed an order on August 2. As of August 14, I have no confirmation email no proof of shipping. It’s taking me 3 to 4 customer service emails and a phone call before my inquiries are returned if that. The merchant claims they’ve already given it to the shipper, but there’s no proof of that and when I went to look at my order this morning, all of a sudden no order can be found from one day to the next. FRAUD

Missized order. wouldn’t cover return shipping. asked me to send pictures showing measurements. Skirt had 36 inches waist instead of expected 29.5. still wouldn’t cover the $8 return shipping fee. items took one month to arrive

Never got my order. Did a chargeback through my bank and Lohnr had the audacity to ask me to cancel it when i haven’t even received my items. The shipping was supposed to be 5-8 business days. In three days, it will literally be a month. I question if this company is even what it says it is. The founder bio looks fake—no last name? And the address listed here doesn’t seem legit.

Says it’s 100% cotton linen blend and the tag says 100% polyester. Returning this product as it’s not what it’s described as. Very disappointing

I have not received my order! It seems to be 2 weeks late
