This company has been a huge disappointment. I have paid full price for a Logo and it has taken several weeks to get a basic design. My instructions and request were clear and ignored. Now I have been switched from James Murphy to Adam with not help. I am still waiting

In general it was a positive experience at a reasonable price. My account rep was cordial, responsive and attentive to my requests and revisions and I'm satisfied with the experience and would use them again.

My Experience was great. I didn't have to wait long for a list of options to choose from, for my logo. I would personally choose the package where you get multiple revisions. I worked with Jack, and he helped out a lot to make me feel comfortable with my finale decision. Thanks team.
