Great customer service! Same compression garment the surgeon put on after double mastectomy.

Customer service is fantastic! I received an item that had a design defect and would not fit in my home. The customer service representative immediately issued a refund followed by an explanation that they could not take it back once the box was opened and suggested that I donate it to someone who could use it. That's some of the best service I've seen in years!

YOU GET A 5 STAR FOR COMMUNICATION AND RESPONSE TO EMAILS. STEERED WRONG THIS CHAIR IS NOT OK FOR A 5'5" 140 LB ADULT. I KNOW MY SPACE BEING SMALL WAS THE HURDLE BUT JUST TELL ME YOU CAN'T ACCOMMODATE ME. WHEN IT COMES TO THE MANUEL 1 INSTRUCTIONS WERE POOR 2 THE TOOLS NEEDED TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS ARE NOT ONES A PERSON WOULD JUST HAVE SITTING AROUND
