Had a great experience, everything felt pretty safe and transparent.

This was our first experience with Kindred and we were a little nervous, especially about how the cleaning would be handled. But we were truly blown away — the apartment was left in immaculate condition, beyond anything we could have expected. It turned out to be an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. To put it shortly, Kindred is now part of our lives. After a year as a Member, both as hosts and guests, we have had great experiences in multiple countries! The most memorable trip so far was staying 2 weeks in Manhattan for only €300. That’s the price of one night. And if anything happens (we’ve had some small hiccups in the past), the Kindred support team was simply everything you want a Customer Support team to be, responsive, human, efficient and reliable. I look forward to seeing Kindred grow to more locations!
