I am a satisfied Honed customer. I am not a fan of Trustpilot or its attempts to steer my reviews to prevent/avoid negative comments. So, while I have good things to say about Honed, Trustpilot should not be trusted. Trustpilot should be exposed as a phony company that uses "trust" as part of its name to mislead. Yea for Honed. FU for Trustpilot.

Initially, I found the correspondence slow but once you are in the system things were rolling quicker. I have been taking Honed supplements for 6 months and definitely feel an improvement in my overall health I have recommended Honed to my friends and family.

During the Covid situation and varying temperatures during the winter the last couple of years, I did not experience any of the usual, colds or flu. Orders always arrived early so there was no break in keeping up. I am still having sleep issues, but this could be attributed to other factors, not the lack of vitamins, however. Any questions are answered quickly.

Great products great customer service However, would be so good if you had a dependable overnight or 2 day service. Also be be great if you could also ship directly from Canada

Thank you for sharing this feedback Sarah. Your feedback helps us prioritize new initiatives that are most important to our customers. We do currently have a 2-day shipping solution in place, that can be selected at checkout. However this does not account for processing and packaging times which can take up to 4 business days. If you need your supplements by a specific date, we encourage taking these timelines into account so you receive them in time. Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback with us.

I’m in my second month of vitamins. Just love it, think the packaging is brilliant and takes all the guess work out of what to take(alongside a proper diet of course). I just sent a sample in for my 85 yr old father and am looking forward to him getting some supplementation to improve his energy and wellness. Keep up the good work!

Custom vitamins are an interesting concept. I wasted a lot of money over the years purchasing supplements. I have a compound pharmacy close to me who charges a lot for custom vitamins and uses blood work. I have not yet had to contact Paragon, so I'm not sure how their customer service is. I have had no issues with my orders or with shipping.
