Well deserved 5 starts
We have been using live Chat alongside other apps provided by Text for almost 2 years now, and we couldn't be happier with everything from the customer service to resolutions and frequent updates. They are dedicated and on top of the game. Great job, guys!

I gave their service a try and was…
I gave their service a try and was impressed with the quality—though it turned out to be more than I needed. I accidentally left the subscription running and was charged $99 for the premium plan. Fortunately, their customer support was excellent—they promptly canceled the subscription and issued a full refund with no hassle.
