Coin didn't arrive

I appreciate the wide variety of items. Your website is extremely easy to navigate. You missed the 5th star only because the shipping charge is a bit high, especially for one or two items costing less than the shipping fee.

FAST SHIPPING, FAIR PRICES

My experience is great because I have received my order. I did not like how my order was shipped. The order initially shipped with UPS, but was then transferred to USPS. I could only track while UPS had it and then had to wait a week uncertain of where my order was because I was not given tracking info from USPS. Overall, I am satisfied, but will be hesitant with ordering in the future.

I didn't get what I ordered. They sent me the coin of the month or something. I never asked for that. When I went looking for that on there website it took you everywhere else but there. So I ordered I few small things to get a catalog. Well that didn't work out. Maybe next time. I like what they have to m offer. Just dint care for how things get done.

I received my order on time for gifts at Christmas. The coins look great, brand new as promised.
