I paid for the battery in May 27 2020, I never got my money back or the battery, now the website doesn’t even exist anymore, I’m laughing for not cry of anger :/

Have not received product but was charged for it months ago. Complete scam. The website is even down now.

I wish I can give them 0 stars! Ordered a charger on May 20,2020 it’s July 29 and no response, no product NOTHING! I fell for the YouTube ad and I’m so upset! I’ve sent various emails demanding a refund and just never got a reply back. Now their website is gone and I just want my freaking money back! How can we all sue this company for taking our money????

Company took my money and order and never sent product. Looks like their website just vanished as well. Working with BBB right now to get refund..

Didn't get my order, not response from the company when I tried to track it. SCAM

Ordered a Litsolar power bank for my husband’s Father’s Day gift. Shortly after the order got a msg advising shipping was delayed. Then their emails to me stopped all together. No response after. Tried calling, writing a review, reaching out on Facebook. A complete scam. Shame on them taking hardworking people’s money. It’s sickening.

I have placed two different orders with LIT Solar, for both the micro USB Solar charger back in April or May of this year and then again for the USB Type C Solar charger back on June 4th I believe. I have had no contact from the company since nor any tracking information sent nor any product shipped to me or received. I don't know when am I to expect my packages to arrive? It's been 3 months since my first purchase and almost 2 months since my second purchase. I have spent close to $100 dollars from two transactions and yes I saw the ad on YouTube. This is the worst scam if I have ever seen one. I want to know how to sue this company. Any suggestions?

Okay so the company is nothing but a scam!! I wish I came here first. I gave them my money and they took is and ran. I ordered my product in May and it almost August! I emailed them for weeks demanding answers and a refund. They gave me bogus emails stating that my shipment was delayed blah blah blah. Still nothing was being done so I went to the website that was mysteriously unavailable and I tried calling and the number no surprise was disconnected. So many people have been scammed by them it makes me sick. They need to be held accountable for what they've done.
