The hearing aids work good when I can keep them in my ears. Constantly having to put them back in. Because they are such a pain, I seldom wear them, thus I pretty much waisted my miney.

they really arent very comfortable and crackle when i wear them. After having them for sometime now, I wouldnt have bought them unless I was in bad need of them which i was not. I dont feel they are making any difference to my hearing.

I tried to return hearing aid twice before time ran out and was twice denied. Also I was promised batteries every 6 weeks but that has has not happened. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

The Battery Program is optional. We offer a month’s supply of batteries (eight) every 30 days for a shipping and handling charge of $6.95 per month. You can start and stop this program at any time. The batteries are also able to be bought locally at most stores or online. I decided I didn't want the hearing aids they did not meet my needs however I was told it was past the return date (I had been in the hospital) and I could not return them and that I would be charged for them. There has never been good customer service and I am now paying for instruments I cannot use because they are not programed for my hearing loss. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It is better to deal with local people that you can deal with face to face and care about the service they provide.

Ms. Kent- When you called to return two weeks past your trial date, you told the Customer Service Rep that you were in the mountains without cell phone coverage- not in the hospital. We can reprogram the hearing aids to a hearing test or to your specifications. This is a free service and we pay for the shipping both ways. If you'd like us to do this, please call Customer Service at 888-320-0424 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern and they would be happy to help.

I love my hearing aids they work well with glasses and pull over shirts. I don't go anywhere without them

The hearing aids are fine other than background noise but even people with other hearing aids tell me they also have a hard time with background noise.
