My ring was beautiful, fit well, matched my engagement ring, and arrived by the time I needed it. It was definitely a lot more expensive than I would have liked, especially after paying the extra $200 for expedited service, but overall a very nice experience.

Great, got the engagement ring and wedding ring from Lisa jewelry. Both fit and look wonderful. We love the CAD make up and they caught my mistake of getting the wrong size. 10/10

It was an easy process to order but wish there was more communication about processing time, shipping and the delivery itself. The delivery ring package in a tight envelope can also be compromising for theft. My package was lost for a few days.

Half stars are not available or else I would rate 4.5 stars. The diamond and setting is beautiful and I’m happy with the ring, but having not seen the ring in person prior to purchase, I do feel a little surprised by how narrow the band is. That said, the team at Lisa Jewelry went above and beyond to accommodate me in getting the ring delivered. I won’t go into the full story as it’s QUITE long, but I want to say that they kept pursuing the complications with sincere efforts. I am very grateful to the team and cannot wait to see this engagement ring on my gf’s finger the day she becomes my fiance.

The ring is perfect! It fits my existing ring perfectly thanks to the imagining done. I could not of asked for a more perfect ring to my engagement Ring the look like they were made for each other. I will say ensure you have the right address that was the only hang up my apartment number wasn't on my ring and I had to pay to have it shipped back out

The process was simple, customer service was 1st class and we got exactly what we wanted, if anything the ring was more beautiful than can be shown on the website. 5 stars
