They are very responsive and if I have an issue they are quick to help fix the problem. They also will follow up which is very nice about an issue to see if everything is okay and still working.

There is a definite advantage to having the tracker on your dog. There is a learning curve to using the app but customer service is very responsive to my questions. The battery has to be charged every night but software updates occur automatically then and so far it is working fine. My only concern is if the dog was lost, the battery would not last after 24 hrs.and then the tracker is useless.

Collars are well made. High quality.

The product arrived faster than expected, but syncing with your AT&T account directions were not included.

Lightning strike zapped our charging base. It was replaced promptly at no cost. Also like the free upgrade to Link Plus, with improved user interface & bar graph showing time of day of activity peaks. I can see how much & how long he is napping. We live in a rural area with cell reception leaving something to be desired. When we are out walking in the country & he gets out of my sight, it can take 5 minutes or so before I get a cell connection for locator to track him. Those seem like a long 5 minutes! In town, it is faster.

The battery lasts less than two days. Disappointed with the battery life and bulkiness of the device. Not easy to remove and replace for charging.

Purchased this item just over two weeks ago. First few days it worked, was actually fun to be able to see our pups activity level and location. However, not 10 days into it, and it stopped working completely. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and there were no changes. The cellular connectivity and GPS satellite availability were just fine. The battery was fully charged so those aren't the issues. I’ve attempted to call the help number that is offered with this product numerous times, only to be redirected to an automated answering service that takes your number with a promise to return the call, I’m still waiting one week later. Also, there is an email provided as another option when help is needed, so I attempted to try that method to resolve this issue. Still no response. I’m not sure what my options are to get a refund at this point. Very disappointed!
