Purchased for my granddaughter for her new bed & needed new sheets & duvet. She loves them. The color Taupe is perfect w the colors she’s using. Very soft. Duvet fits well. The fitted sheet could be a tad bigger as it’s an extremely thick mattress.

The duvet cover was easy to order and I loved the color choices. This is being given as a gift to a relative and can only believe that she will love it!

During my search for 100% long-staple, cotton bed sheets, Linens and Hutch’s advertisement (with several references in the description) of “long staple cotton” plus their promotional discount drew me in. However, no where on the packaging or the sheets’ fabric content tag is there any reference to long staple cotton. This leads me to believe that although this sheet set is 100% cotton, long staple cotton is not the grade of cotton used here. Additionally, there are small, ink-like dots in several places on the fitted sheet that did not come out when laundered before using. The sheets are soft yet a bit on the thin side. Unfortunately, due to what appears to be false advertising I cannot recommend Linens and Hutch.

Thank you for reaching out to us, and we apologize for your experience. We take your feedback seriously, and we’re truly sorry that the product didn’t meet your expectations. We want to reassure you that our 100% Cotton 300 Thread Count Sheets are made with high-quality long staple yarn, which is the key factor in ensuring a soft and durable product. We chose long staple cotton because it offers the durability needed for brushing and garment washing, which results in the super soft fabric we aimed to create for our customers. We completely understand your concern about the absence of “long staple” mentioned on the packaging or the fabric content tag. We’ll be reviewing the labeling process to make sure our descriptions are clearer. Regarding the dots you noticed, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. These are likely the result of a minor issue in the manufacturing process. we'll be sending you a replacement set of sheets right away and will and will certainly look into this to prevent future occurrences. As for the sheets being a bit on the thinner side, we designed them to provide comfort with a balance of softness and breathability. We’re sorry this didn’t meet your expectations, and we will continue to strive to improve our products based on feedback like yours. We appreciate your feedback and hope that our replacement set better aligns with your expectations. If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out, our CS team is happy to help!
