Ordered a game bundle on 07/26/19 for $437.44 with a promised ship date of September. I received it on 02/18/20. Nearly 5 months late. This is unacceptable and highly unethical. Avoid at all costs. They do this so you can't dispute the charge with your bank. Most cards do not accept charge backs after 3 months.

Quality product. Not a quality company. Poor to non-existent customer service. Misleading information regarding handling and shipping times. Long delays in shipping in-hand items. They have taken the approach over the past 6 months that more is better in terms of game releases. Which means their customer service and shipping has become worse with the increased number of products they must deliver. Once the games arrive, they are great. But this is a review of the company, not the product. Hence the two stars.

Your company customer service is the worst. You sell blind boxes of games that you had on hand for months and once it become the time to deliver, you change the status to in production. This situation is unacceptable

Did I get scammed? Brought a game back in late July that was supposed to be released and shipped in October. I’ve still yet to get it and never contacted by the company or updated shipping/release information. Only news I’ve seen is on the “Product Release” page where each month they push it back a month. Is this company a scam? I’m fine if they need extra time, but not contacting customers and stringing people along a month at the time is fishy. Made a mistake when waiting before October and brought a second game that’s also being delayed. Only now instead of a specific month they can miss, it just says Q1 ‘20.

Un site vraiment nul . J'ai payer et commander un jeux le 18 novembre 2019 ,il disait 1 mois d'attente et la on et le 11 janvier 2020 et toujours rien recu. Je deconseille se site perso on m'en avait parler en bien mes pour ma 1er et surtout derniere commande je suis trés dessus . Il donne un numero de suivi de l'envoie qui ne fonctionne pas et quand on leur envoi un mail pour une reponse et ben on peut toujours attendre .

Los plazos de entrega en España son largos y el precio de envío desde Estados Unidos es carísimo. En otras plataformas no sale ni por la mitad.

They are terrible at telling you an honest answer/updating and although nothing has been full on destroyed yet they send games in p*** poor packaging. I ordered something that was supposed to ship in late Sept/early Oct so I politely ask around Halloween what the deal is? They say it will ship by next week. It ends up shipping right smack dab in time for Black Friday. Now my game is possibly lost because its past its arrival date AND it is most likely damaged because of the terrible packaging (I was forced to PAY for it to be transported in a box) and the fact that they shipped it during the highest traffic mailing time of the year surely does not help the cause. I totally understand that in their business things change often but communication really helps and customer service feels like it just lies to shut you up unfortunately. I looked forward to using Limited Run Games because I had always been aware of them and waited for the day that a game or two I really wanted came out so that I could buy from them. Unfortunately both times I have purchased something from them they have been extremely vague about shipping times and it makes you feel like you are gambling with your money to folks that just don't care.

Long wait times that are rarely shipped when they promised it would be shipped, terrible shipping service that takes weeks, terrible customer service
