Very good quality for reasonable price, the shipping to EU was about 2 weeks. I love the oil pastels, they are very creamy and blend/layer well. I will consider buying from this brand again

I was introduced to Lightwish products by a YouTube influencer whom I trust. When I went to the Lightwish website, I saw that the Watercolor Travel Set she introduced came in other colors. I found one I loved and ordered it. It was just as beautiful as the photos. I can't wait to take my travel set with me on my next vacation!

I had ordered my second large Lightwish swatch book because I was so pleased with the quality and format of my first one. After working on it for a short time, I realize that the bottom set of rings was damaged. I didn’t think I could return it to Amazon because I had already used it, so I reached out to Lightwish directly. After briefly chatting with Sammy, in a few days I had a replacement on my doorstep! Great product and great customer service experience.

Scam! I contacted the company as I’ve not heard about my order for two weeks. I questioned it they offered me a refund as they claimed their factory has flooded. I still haven’t received my refund and so I questioned it further and they are refusing to refund me. Do not trust this company it’s clearly a scam.

It seems to be a scam site, After two weeks my order results still unfulfilled and I had no reply on my email. I'm so upset
