Return policy is awful and non existent
Their return policy is awful. To return annitem, you must send an email to request. In reaponse, I received an automated email that more info would be sent with instructions to return item. That was over a month ago! Still waiting and unable to return light. Very disappointed and will not order from them again.

Ordered 2 beautiful pendant lights for …
Ordered 2 beautiful pendant lights for our new home build, and upon delivery from Fed Ex, one globe was broken. Customer service was excellent, and ordered a replacement globe immediately. They kept us updated via email, and the replacement globe arrived soon after.....in perfect condition. The Pendant Lights are amazing, and the price was very reasonable. Would absolutely recommend Lightsandhome to friends and family!

Refunds on returns take much longer …
Refunds on returns take much longer than they say. They sit on your money and tell you the problem is with your bank. My bank states they apply credits immediately as they are received. This company is dishonest. I would never purchase from them again.
