we spent lots to purchase light items and one would not work well and costume service refused to do anything for changing or store credits.

Cliff is the best and his support team are very accommodating and pleasant

My recent experience with LBG is very positive. I found everything I need, and Viviane was extreamly helpful when selecting and exchanging the items. She is extremely knowledgable of their products and services. Will definitely shop there again.

Great help from Ed Silveri. He knows EVERYTHING! Fast service in urgent situations. Great selection. Only issue is no-return policy...

One call to Ed and all is taken care of.

AWESOME experience. Our kitchen light fixture broke and we didn't know where to go to get a replacement. Contacted Lighting By Gregory, which we found online, and Ed Silverii couldn't have been more helpful. He figured out what the original model was and then suggested one that was nearly identical. It arrived to our building the next week and all is well in our kitchen! Thanks Ed!! And thanks Lighting By Gregory! Would highly recommend to anyone in the New York area.

Excellent showroom and selection. Knowledgeable sales force, my personal fave is Vanda, she will get the job done and keep you updated along the way.

My salesperson was knowledgeable and very familiar with the products I was interested in. My salesperson was interested in selling me the right products and the products that I wanted.
