Waited a month for these lighters, only for them to both be defective. One leaks lighter fluid and the other just doesn't work at all. I've emailed customer service twice for a refund, because they said if anything was wrong, I could send them back. The guy who handles customer service requests hasn't responded to me at all. It has been about a week since I sent the email request to him. I threw them away. Pieces of junk.

It has been over a month and still not arrived. Not very impressed at all. They assured me it would be here before Xmas but no.

I didn't receive anything

Don't bother. Shipping is Horrible. No tracking number. When questioning this and if refund was in order if item didn't arrive, the owner blocked me. Thank God for PayPal. Refunded super quick. DO NOT BUY THEM. BUYER BEWARE.

USPS flagged package postage as fraudulent and therefore would not deliver product. Beware.

These lighters look absolutely stunning, and they had some pretty good deals too! But I still haven't received my order that said it was shipped in mid November. Thing is my email clearly thinks I got it, since it keeps asking me to review. So here's my review: There's nothing to review

I received exactly what I ordered. Customer service was excellent. I received prompt response when I inquired about my order. Definitely will purchase from them again. The shipping took a little long, so take that into consideration if ordering for a special occasion.
