I've been a big fan of Liftmode, BUT....

I've been a big fan of Liftmode for over 5 years now. Love your products and customer service. BUT the CBD sucks. Sorry. I've tried 5 other brands (CBDistillery, PureKana, TrytheCBD, Bluebird, and Charlotte's Web) and by far yours is the worst. I hate to say it as I love you guys. Here's why... 1) They're weak AF and just don't work very well at all. 2) Bovine gelatin in the caps. So terrible. So unnecessary. Spend the extra money and make them vegan. It's not hard. 3) Mint is overpowering. Tastes like I'm eating toothpaste. I love (and most people do too) a terpene flavor. Or at least tone down the mint. 4) I have to reiterate how weak they are. They feel like bunko fake CBD. :( Sorry guys. I'll still be a regular customer at your OG store, but you won't see me as a repeat customer in your Hemp line. And I doubt you'll see others as well.

Hi Brad, Thanks for your honest review of our products. We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our CBD oil. We can assure you that our CBD is of the highest quality and purity, and our serving sizes are all standard to above-average amounts when compared to other CBD companies. We do regret that we have been unable to source affordable gelatin-free capsules, but are working on stocking these soon. In the meantime, our multivitamin gummies, oils, and isolates are all vegan-friendly. We appreciate your comment on the taste of our mint tincture and will use this criticism to assess future products. Overall, we have had positive feedback regarding the taste of the mint oil, but as we all know, taste is a subjective matter, and we are always working to improve. If you paid for your product (outside of our free giveaway), please feel free to contact us on [email protected] for a refund on your order. Best, Chet and the LiftMode Hemp team.
