This was my second order with LIft Down. My first order of nine small women caps were so surprisingly Perfect ! I can never get a good fit because I have smaller head size than the average ball caps for women. I immediately ordered five more beautiful colors. One of these was too large. Got in touch with company and they immediately replaced the cap with the perfect fitting small size free of charge for my troubles. This company has high quality hats with a dedication to give you a perfect fit. So glad I found them.

The delivery driver left the box outside the entry gate in the grass but this was not their fault. To make up for it, they gave me a credit, which I appreciate. The hats are very nice. I will order again.
