We had a couple “problem pieces” (a big sectional and a heavy bed frame) and I thought it would be a nightmare. The crew didn’t complain once! just got it done. They disassembled what needed to be taken apart, protected everything, and reassembled it at the new place quickly. Huge time-saver and zero damage.

I’ve had moves where the price magically changes on moving day, so I was cautious this time. They asked good questions up front (stairs, elevator, big items, walking distance, etc.) and the quote matched what we paid. No random add-on charges at the end. The crew worked hard, stayed professional, and handled everything carefully.

I was terrified about moving my grandmother's antique vanity and a large standing mirror. The guys took extra time to pad the glass and strapped everything down securely in the truck. Everything arrived at the new house in perfect condition without a scratch.

From the beginning, LifeTime Movers(LM) treated me like family. With only a small load, (<300 cubic feet) I went with Lifetime Movers to get my stuff from Illinois to Colorado. LM was not the cheapest ( I have learned after 69 years price is not the best measure of a service). THEIR ONLINE RATINGS MADE UP MY MIND. Everything arrived in perfect shape. Everyone involved in the LM process was courteous, intelligent and helpful. When a minor glitch came up, the owner personally got involved and fixed it right away! Exceptional moving company. Highly recommended!!!

The dispatch called me about 20 minutes before the window to let me know traffic on the bridge delayed the truck by half an hour. Once the three movers got to our place, they wasted zero time and loaded the entire two bedroom apartment in under three hours. Very polite guys.
