I called because my mother had lost her alert bracelet. C.S. person was more concerned with telling me that she could send the replacement for $25.00, than helping me. My mom has had this for 3 years, so you would think after a period of time, it would be replaced at no charge. I asked her to send to address on file for my mom, and it was sent to my address instead of where the unit is. Lastly, it took well over a week for the bracelet to arrive... Medical Alert needs shouldn't have to wait over 7 days for a replacement item. Very disappointed!!

My mother has the Life Station in assisted living. The arrangement was that your staff calls the front desk of the facility and let them check on her rather than your staff calling EMTs directly. This worked three times but the last time your staff called them directly unnecessarily. Please refer to instructions before you call. Thanks

I have pushed my button hanging around my neck at least four times. They answer and notify my daughter & son and send the Paramedics immediately. They have never disappointed me and neither have the Paramedics. Bless all of them.

I only have one issue that i need to clear up with customer service, I will not air it here because it is a misunderstanding and that's all. I would recommend them to everyone for a number of reasons. Here are just a few; They do not have a medical cancellation clause, Some other competitors make it near impossible to cancel service if you wish to. The price has no hidden fees and i have never had a problem with the service, Anytime my Mother test or uses her alarm i get a phone call and two emails letting me know there was an alarm or a test. They can also hear you or your loved one from any room in the house. It really is amazing!
