I don't know how to change the battery which an email was received that the battery was getting low.

My mother is 89 years old and lives alone. LifeStation gives me peace of mind.

I have not had to use it since I got it and I thank God for that. I feel safe with it in my home and necklace around my neck. Only thing I did know know is that it does not cover if I am not in my immediate yard. Maybe was told and forgot but this means I need to add on and that cost more money.

I thought of canceling this service b/c we've never used it except for the monthly test. I hesitated & about 2 days after thinking this....my husband had to use it....they were FANTASTIC ..... so this means that NEVER again will I think of doing this. This was a life saver for us.

The staff are very responsive to when I call them with questions and very thorough on all answers and explanations. Response is awesome to the first responders.

Our mother had one incident, and fell, had to go to ER. All of the procedures on who to call and what to do went just as it should. The system works well

I am pleased with Life Station, except for one reason. My mother suffers with short-term memory. She has fallen and when Life Station called she said she was okay. She was, however, she couldn't think/remember to tell them that she couldn't get up. She does not know how to get up on her own. I called and requested that I be notified when they get a signal from her button. Life Station told me that if they speak directly with the recipient and they say they are okay, NO ONE is notified. My mother laid on the floor until I got home from work which was hours later. Very dissatisfied in that regard, otherwise, company is great.

After several tries to find the best means to protect my mother from unnecessary harm and danger, I tried the Life Station and was amazed at the security it provided. Life Station was the best guardian angel anyone could have. My mother felt safe knowing that even if she fell and could not make a call, her necklace device would sense the fall and report the incident. She could depend on a reassuring voice that would call out to her to see whether she needed help or not. My mother passed away recently and it was not due to a fall or laying around for hours waiting for someone to come to her aid. She trusted Life Station and it's caring helpers to keep her safe, secure and free from harm.
