So far my confidence in LifeStation is very strong. I don't worry about my father as much now since he is wearing his Lifestation button around his neck. He is 90 years old and still independent and wants to keep it that way as long as possible. There has been a few times he has accidentally alerted Lifestation, but they have always been very polite and understanding. They respond so quickly when it is activated. That is very comforting to me. Thank you LifeStation for being there for my Dad.

It seemed like the alert sounded at odd hours of the night. Fortunately, someone called immediately, but it was startling to wake up at 3 in the morning to the alert going off.

Thank you, Catherine for your feedback. Glad we were able to speak with you. The announcements you were hearing were informing you of a low battery. We understand how much of an inconvenience this may cause. However this is for your safety to make you aware that your battery needed to be changed. We have sent you a replacement battery; once installed it will resolve your announcement concern. Please give us a call if you have any further questions. Our number is 800-998-2400 and we are available 24-7.We look forward to continued, monitoring of service.

We chose the mobile unit (necklace) because mom was driving and we wanted her protected wherever she went. She did have to use it a few times and the service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and kind, we have recommended LifeStation to many people. Thank you for the peace of mind.

Lifestation employees are great! Very courteous and responsive to calls, whether it be just making sure the device is operating properly or responding to an emergency call. I definitely would recommend this company. The only thing that I see is a problem is the button falls out of the wrist band. After telling Lifestation about this problem, they did send out another band, however, still having the same problem and can lose the button.

Thank you, Ann for your feedback. When connecting the attachment, you want to make sure that it is firmly pressed in the proper space. You should hear a click to ensure it is secure. Please let us know if this does not resolve your issue. We look forward to continued, monitoring of service.

Lifestation has been wonderful. It offers peace of mind knowing that my mother is not really alone. The service has been great and the customer service is outstanding. It has been worth every penny. I would absolutely recommend LifeStation to anyone who is worried about your elder family member who lives alone.
