Amazing buying experience! I am a nurse and I previously worked for an insurance company offering a similar service for my patients. Your company is offering a much easier overall customer experience. I am happy to start this service for my mom for piece of mind when I am not there with her. My mother passed on July 16th of this year. We returned the equipment as instructed and it was received by July 29th. They billed my mother's checking account for the August payment. Multiple calls have been made for the return of the funds and was told multiple time it was being refunded however it is now 3 months since we contacted Lifestation the first time concerning their error and they still have not returned the funds. I will never recommend this company to anyone because they obviously are not honest. Shirley Willard (daughter)
