Ordering is easy and seamless. Wish there was an option to lower shipping cost.

I have a subscription that automatically ships the cat food at approximately the same time each month. If, as happens occasionally, I need cat food before that date I just order an additional bag. Easy Peasy.

I don't want to create a username and password . But I tried and it was confusing and difficult. It wasn't very pleasant.
