Customer service is lacking. My latest prescription was sent to the pharmacy on May 8th. It is now June 4th and I have not received my prescription. When I reach out, they ask me to be patient but offer NO explanation or update. They certainly charged my card for the prescription though. I've paid. They haven't delivered. They offer no response. Frustrating.

June 1: Overall, customer service is very poor. It’s been over 14 days since my initial consultation and the medication has not shipped, yet I have been charged. I have left 4 messages in total in an attempt to reschedule delivery if they cannot meet their timeline. So far no response to ANY messages left on portal, via email and calling into customer service has long wait times with no call back so far. June 5 Update: two call returns from LifeMD customer service with mixed responses however I have received product and hope renewing prescription goes smoothly.

It sounds like this company is about to go under and is tying to push for as much money as they can get before that. LI signed up, but then got a bad feeling and tried to cancel. I was offered a free month, so went ahead and had an appointment, and the NP I spoke with was very jokey about the whole process. She put in the order for the meds, but the next day, I decided to cancel for good. I understood I was on the hook for the meds, but asked for my fees back, and they refunded all but $48–for the appointment! How does that equal a free month? To add insult to injury, the medication hasn’t even come yet, and my appointment was 2 weeks ago. Last week, I signed up with another company with better reviews, had my appointment on Tue, and got the meds on Sat. I’m not sure what is wrong with this company, but I don’t think I’d trust what I received at this point.

I spoke with Shanta Williams. She was awesome ! She exceeding my expectations. She explain to me the important of drinking water, exercises, and portion control. Now I know that we have to break our childhood trauma on how we were raise in the South and the food we use to eat. Shanta and I similar. We both were raise in the south and she understood me and was very impressed with our conversation. She motived me to not quit and to keep on pushing to my goal. I will and will not stop until I reach it. Now, I know the important to drink water and to stay dehydrated.. Thank you for being on the LifeMD team. They have a good one. Don't ever leave them. I need you and well I do.

I had a consultation on May 15 and was told by the online dr that my prescription would be sent to pharmacy the same day, I had an online message to say that Pharma had received my prescription on 5/15. From then on no movement, I have been charged $398 membership plus $99 for my first prescription. I’ve reached out on messaging numerous times now I’ve been told different every single time, firstly that it would take 7 to 10 days and secondly that it would take 10 to 14 business days then thirdly that they have escalated it and that it’s been processed, I called up and spoke to somebody and I was told that the shipment was on its way, today received a message saying it’s still not processed! Sadly, I’m very despondent about this company and have requested a full refund so I can go elsewhere but they have now stop responding to phone calls and messages online. I’m in the process of doing a chargeback through my bank. Very unprofessional and poor customer support, BEWARE!

I am fairly new to LifeMD, however, my experience with prescription fulfillment and communication has been dismal. There are no updates on the "portal" regarding processing and after asking for a vacation override to leave on the 29th of May I still have had no updates. Luckily my trip moved by 2 weeks. My first shipment arrived late and warm and I received to notification it had shipped or accurate tracking number. Still waiting on my meds requested over 2 weeks ago, no update, no information.
