Paid full membership and medication fees, 12 days in and meds have not even shipped. Zero communication or meaningful feedback. Did not expect much, but at least medication as they promote the safest and supply to take care of their customers.

This was my first appointment and I was very pleased. Dr. Nelson was friendly and professional. She answered all of my questions and explained everything really well. I am looking forward to working with Dr. Nelson and LifeMD as I continue my health journey.

I ordered my prescription on May 16th. I have breached out multiple times regarding delivery. It’s now June 7th. I was told 10-14 business days. We are at 15 business days now and I have two messages sent that have not been responded to. I have requested a refund for the service and medication as I’m $487 in with nothing to show for. As excited as I was, I’m extremely let down and upset.

Tried medicine for 3 weeks I’m down 0.0 pounds. Have sent several emails got no response. Do not use these snake oil salesmen!!!

I paid $387 for a 6 month subscription on April 18 and couldn't get an appt until 5/31. So, for the 1st month and a half of my subscription, I received nothing. I had my appt and the provider was friendly, but it quickly started to feel like a bait and switch. She jumped right to saying that my insurance probably won't cover a Rx, but they could sell me a compound. The compound will be $129 a month, which is much higher than the ads implied. I asked about Zepbound and she was dismissive of that. I agreed to start the compound while waiting to see is ins would authorize Rx. I got a notice that ins denied Mounjaro, since they only approve it for diabetes. Ins lists Zepbound as a weight loss drug. I messaged LifeMD asking about Zepbound a couple of days ago and have gotten no response. The app also shows the compound still hasn't shipped, though I was charged on 6/3. It feels like they don't want to go with Zepbound, because they want me to buy their compound, which costs more than the copay for the Rx would be. This has also been a lot of money for very little in return so far. I'm still hoping it ultimately works out, but I wouldn't recommend signing up with them. Go another route. Update 6/28 They finally requested pre-auth for Zepbound. On 6/19, they messaged me that it had been approved and said nothing else. I replied within minutes and asked about getting a prescription. As of today, I have not gotten a response. I'm unable to continue the compound due to the side effects. This has been a complete waste of money. I'm going to try to figure out how to get a refund, but don't have high hopes due to other reviews and my own experience with how difficult they are to communicate with.

I think they just don’t update their status on their app, but medications do ship even when they say they don’t, so just be patient it will come, however communication is not always timely! Honest review
