Melody H is amazing. She is a delight to work with. She ameliorated a horrible situation for me. I had some issues with receiving my medication. It's been over 3 weeks since it was ordered. I talked to several different representatives, but no one dominated the situation like her. She was with me every step of the way keeping me informed and assuring me that my issue would be handled. She went over and above to make sure I was happy, and the issue was solved quickly and efficiently. She is definitely the reason that I will continue using Life Md for my medical needs. Because I still haven’t received my medication, but I’m hopeful that it will make it soon. Thanks again Melody, you are an amazing person, and I wish we had more people like you in the customer service field. You are definitely an asset to Life Md, and they should be lucky to have you.

I had a issue and I contacted lifemd and never dreamed they would be so responsive. The owner emailed me personally and said we will get this taken care of right away. It is so nice when a business actually cares and does what they say they will do. He had a very nice lady named Lisa call me and she took care of everything.

I have to say that everyone I’ve been in contact with has been extremely supportive. This has been a very positive experience for me from start right up till now. I have had many different people contacting me every single time I leave a message and they get back to me mostly within the next hour or two. My prescription has arrived on time always. So let’s get to the best part of this review……weight loss total 37 pounds and I started the second week of March. So that’s about 6 months. I do wish it was more but I also know that it’s better for your health to lose 1-2 pounds per week. So going by that rule, it means I’m right on target. I must say that this is the easiest way to shed some very unwanted, and unhealthy excess weight. I’ll be 55 in November and I’ve tried so many different products and diets and of everything I’ve tried this is by far my best results with no effort or exercise. I’m extremely happy and hopeful for the future me.

I really liked the doctor and she answered all my questions, gave recommendations for each concern and made the medicine renewal process very simple for me
