Everything went very well with the app and medication. Customer service answered all my questions. even when a billing discrepancy arose, they quickly helped me. Overall, extremely pleased with my weight loss and the program in general.

I spoke to Kathrine and Jasmine (I think that was her name lol) over in issue I had with billing/memebership and both of these ladies were very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful! I appreciate the help they gave me!

Cara was kind and thorough. She went through a health questionnaire with me which made me feel really comfortable that she cared about my holistic health. She went above and beyond to address questions and ensured that I had the appropriate dosage and dates to change to a higher dosage. She even ordered my new medicine for me. Great experience!

This company is hard to work with. The communication is minimal at best. You can send chat messages, they may respond but usually a huge delay. My first shipment was a disaster, I honestly thought it was a scam. I got tracking, watched tracking, and then when it said delivered, it was not at my house, not even close. I reached out, did not get a response for a long time, finally did and they said the wrong shipping number was sent to me and my order was actually on its way now. For the price, you can find better. I will be switching companies. They did offer me 2 month free subscriptions, but the hoops you had to jump through to get it was not worth it to me. Ultimately, I did get the medications and the 2 free month, but honestly the stress and headache that went with dealing with this company was not work the money at all. Once you add a payment, you cannot remove it without having another payment set up, they want your money now, but the services will come when it is convenient for them. I am talking a couple weeks after you pay. In the end, I did get the medication, but it was a nightmare to get what you (over)pay for. Way too expensive to continue using.

I like my provider & support system is great. They respond quickly. However, it is deceiving in that you pay $129 a month for membership & medicine increases as dosage increases. Example, my first prescription was $189, now it's almost $400. Somewhere someone is making quite a bit of money.
