Thanks for your quick response and helpfulness! I get wary when companies don't have a customer service phone number but Libsyn has always responded promptly to my emails.

There was some libsyn system error in my Feb24th plan upgrade (from 400MB to 800MB). The "after Upgrade" available amount was incorrect and lower (~266 available vs the correct ~402). And I needed the correct amount for the daily publishing from 24th and 28th especially on Sun Feb27th. Thankfully Ben resolved the matter on Sat Feb26th so I did not experience any further issues and was able to publish on Sun AOK. Am very grateful for Ben's timely resolution (on a Sat) - THANK YOU Ben!

I've been using Libsyn for about 3 years now and in that time I've only need to contacted them twice for assistance (because nothing ever goes wrong) - both times they responded very promptly (same day) and with all the information I needed to resolve the issues (one was something I did wrong and one was an issue with Apple music which Libsyn helped me with as Apple wouldn't). Couldn't rate their customer service more highly.

I've been a loyal Libsyn user for YEARS and it's the only host I have my podcast clients use too. It's easy to use, has all the necessary features and getting stats is easy. Their customer support is fabulous and they are a leader in the industry. I recommend it to anyone!

I stick with Libsyn for their online support. They went through my podcast issue, checked my account and then gave me some guidance to fix my podcast issue. They found a couple of issues and guided me to fix them. I'm not a tech person and I live in a different time zone to Libsyn and they always come back to me within 24 hours and with where I should be looking to fix my account. The tech staff are polite, helpful and give me information I can understand and follow. The staff make me feel like I can 'do this' through their advice.
