This is a scam. One star is too many. They send a false tracking number and identity that delivery was made. But no delivery and no claim possible. And no replacement since magically out of stock.

This is a scam. They marked the package as delivered, but that is not true. They also said they would provide an answer soon, but that is not true either. They are only trying to gain more time and continue the scam.

SCAM! Your purchased item never gets delivered. Also this is not a US based company, it's completely Chinese with a very poor customer service.

All the US users DONOT Buy this product as it never gets delivered. The tracking says that the product was delivered but to a zip code and customer service could not provide the address it was delivered to or name of the courier company that delivered. They are not even issuing a refund for their own mistake. This is a BIG ONLINE SCAM!! SO PLEASE DONOT WASTE YOUR NAME! I am planning to report this scam.
