I ordered a pair of Hyannis sunglasses in tortoise shell as a gift. I was sent an email noting the tortoise shell was out of stock but was offered a different color which I declined. About a week later I received an email noting a pair of tortoise shell sunglasses were in stock and if I still wanted them they would be sent out that day. I said yes! Now that is above and beyond customer service and I highly recommend using LensDirect.com.

My order has been sitting at the post office since 12/11 and the tracking finally updated hopefully I will get it today. The shipping methods you use are awful. This is not the first time I have had issues. UPDATE: LensDirect contacted me and made generous offer to make this right. I appreciated their concern. This shows real integrity. Thank you LensDirect

Ryan Alovis personally took care of my issue of not getting the correct lenses. He refunded my money and sent me the my lenses as well. Thank you. I hoping this will eliminate others from having the same problem.

I've needed to resolve a couple of minor issues recently and I have received excellent customer service from the LensDirect chat function and when I called customer service. I have definitely been satisfied!
