I recently received an order of contacts for my Daughter about two weeks ago and I received an email that LensDirect was going to fill it again today. I couldn't figure out how to cancel the order, so I started a chat. Summer assisted me and quickly cancelled my order. I received the email confirmation while we were still chatting. It was a great and easy experience.

I’ve also found that I could get a better deal on frames online, but I’ve been hesitant on getting lenses online and usually get them locally. Lens Direct had a pretty good coupon code for a discount on replacement lenses so I decided to give them a try. I got back my frames and new lenses and I’ve never had lenses so nice. I’m very happy. But the real stars of Lens Direct is the customer service crew. They are very through (if they have questions, they ask you to clarify, and not just plow through with your order by guessing). I placed a second order over a month after my first, and I made a couple mistakes so I asked if I could cancel the order, and just place the order again. I made so many errors, but Lens Direct and NICOLE specifically, were patient, responsive and helped me correct my mistakes, and get the exact order that I needed. They were so pleasant about it the whole time. There are a lot of places to get lenses online now, but Lens Direct has an amazing customer service crew and they don’t mind helping you out to make sure you get exactly what you want. Plus, they have great prices on high quality lenses.

I chose this company above the many other options available as they state online that they ship most eyewear within a day. Considering I am in dire need of prescription sunglasses I went ahead and ordered. 9 days later and my glasses are still not even made. According to customer service, sunglasses take longer to make (she estimated it would be another 7 days, but really had no idea as to the actual time) as they are made by a third party company. Considering that this is obviously well known by customer service personnel, the website should reflect this info. Go elsewhere.

My order was on backorder forever and was supposed to be shipped USPS and never received but after contacting Nicole Auguste representative she was able to get my shipment replaced thank you so much
