EXTREMELY impressed! I sent my glasses in for new progressive transition lenses, and they received them on 6/9, and I had them back by 6/19! I paid for the expedited work and shipping, and it was worth it! They were available by phone whenever I had a question about the status, and the process was so easy! My ONLY complaint is the app would glitch and would not let me order the expedited shipping (had to call and speak to someone) and would not show up to date information on my glasses. However, the team was AMAZING and the work is PHENOMENAL!!! I can finally wear my old frames with my new prescription, and it was about 60% less than what I would have paid if I had gone to an eyeglass store! I am so happy I went to LensDirect and I would definitely recommend them!!
