When I placed my order, I went back to review it and realized that it was placed in my name instead of my husbands. I added his prescription and freaked out for a second. I found the chat button and immediately got an answer. The customer service person was so helpful in making sure she got the prescription verified and pushing my order through. Thank you so much Denise! Will definitely order here again!

I ordered new lenses for my frames from Lens Direct. After you place the order, they tell you to put a dot on your old lens where your pupil is. My lens were broken, so I couldn’t do it. I chatted with Conrad, and he told me that they couldn’t give me lenses without the dot. So I requested that they cancel the order. Which Conrad did for me.
