I made a mistake in my order and called to correct it. The whole call took less than 4 minutes, and Olivia was super clear, courteous and helpful. She took the extra step to verify my new contact prescription while on the phone with me. I really appreciate how easy this was.

LAB WORK making of my glasses, NOT GREAT but CLUMSY workmen ship. I sent 2 NEW plastic frames to them, one I had them make lenses for and they are tight but feel loose frame. The 2nd eyeglass frame was NOT returned in the condition as they were sent. There handled of then was NOT good and was missing parts, and the Customer service regarding this mess , MEH.

I was so skeptical about using this place! I never tried an online service but my dogs ate my glasses and they wanted to charge me another $500 just for the lens at Visionworks! I got them to email me my prescription after crying in their ear and them not caring about what happened to me and offering to help at all and sent it lensdirect! I sent them a pair of my Dolce Gabanna shades I had and wallah!! I can see better than I did with Visionworks glasses for a fraction of the price! Shame on all of you if you’re still paying 500 to over $1000 for your glasses! Thanks Lens Direct I truly appreciate you!
