I bought a 90-day supply of contact lenses with lensdirect because it was the cheapest place by far especially if you sign up for autoship. However, my when my second autoship arrived, I still had plenty of contact lenses from my first order so I called lensdirect and they accepted my return and refunded me no problem. The whole process are super easy and took less than 5 minutes. I spoke to an agent right away instead of spending tons of time navigating through an automated system. I will definitely continue to use them in the future for my vision needs.

My contacts order was handled by Bibi. She was awesome. She helped me get my order straight and cancel one I had made by mistake. She offered to assist me with retrieving prescription info from my regular eye doctor, so I didn’t have to. Most companies now have less than standard customer service. Many companies use rude, lazy assistants, but not LensDirect…. I am a very satisfied customer.
